Send beta feedback through TestFlight, or email adp@livelabs.ventures. Include your app version, iPhone model, selected race and what happened. Please leave out invitation codes and precise location details.

Which races?

The public beta covers PTL 2026. The next update adds Otter 2026 Race and Challenge, with separate progress and athlete lists. The new race collection and roadbook shown on our homepage are a preview of that update. Importing your own GPX is not available yet.

Before you head out

Download maps in Setup and check readiness for your selected race. Test the map in airplane mode before relying on it. Map downloads need a connection; public athlete updates need one too.

The app is an independent companion, not an official race service or an emergency tracker. Follow the organiser’s current route, kit requirements and safety instructions. Otter’s bundled GPX is a reference track, not a verified exact 2026 course.

Following or sharing

You can browse without an account. Publishing your own position requires an invitation, Sign in with Apple and your explicit sharing choice. Updates are periodic, not continuous; check the last-shared time. Poor reception can leave a position out of date.

Turn off sharing in Athletes and wait for confirmation. You can also delete your athlete account there. See our privacy policy for details.
